Tracy Williams has nearly 30 years of experience in her role at ProHealth Chiropractic Wellness Center. She handles day-to-day clinic operations, submits insurance claims, and manages appointment scheduling. She is often the person behind the messages when patients need to reschedule or have questions.
Tracy grew up in Montgomery County and now lives in Frederick, MD. She enjoys spending time with animals and participates in sports like DockDogs. In her free time, she hikes, kayaks, and fosters puppies and kittens for local animal rescues.
What Tracy Williams values most is the interaction with the patients. She believes that each patient requires personal attention, and she enjoys getting to know them and helping them resume the activities they enjoy.
Grace Barnebey
Grace Barnebey has been in the customer service field for over 25 years, helping people both face to face and over the phone. At ProHealth Chiropractic Wellness Center, she helps schedule patient appointments and manages the flow from check-in to check-out, making sure everything runs smoothly. She also ensures that every patient is greeted with a friendly face each day.
Grace is happy to be part of ProHealth Chiropractic Wellness Center for many reasons, one of them being the people she works with and the patients, who are all kind and friendly. Those everyday interactions are an important part of what she values in her role.
Grace is married and has two beautiful children. She has lived in Montgomery County for 13 years, and she loves the diversity found in the region. She is actively involved in her children’s lives and supports them in all their activities. She also enjoys cooking healthy meals and spending time with her family.
